Quiet hotel, the idea of having queen room was great. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave oven.

The setting of hotel was great, to shopping center. Breakfast with many options.

The breakfast was awesome with many options and all the food was outstanding. The staff were very attentive, nice location on the harbor. I tried quick meals at Mcdonald's, within 900 feet of the hotel.

the location for arcata was marvellous, right by arcata, beach, hikes and h s u and the arcata airport, downtown arcata and eureka. the staff was outstandingly accommodating and fabulously friendly all the time.

The setting was magnificent, short walk to Arcata and surrounding cities/towns and the Arcata airport and unique shops. Every staff member was welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast had a wide array of food and it was awesome.

The staff are incredibly nice, we enjoyed them. The rooms are fairly quiet with thoughtful amenities, so that guests have essentials.

It is undoubtedly a quiet option when in Arcata. Everything is great, greatly enjoyed my time here. The staff are amazingly nice, the location is ideal. The airport is 0.5 miles away, easy to get to.

Everything was simply great. The hotel was great, as expected. The staff was pleasant, courteous all the time. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was decent.

Good standard and modern hotel, the facilities were good. The location in a beautiful area was nice and ideal and there were shopping centers and the Farmer's market nearby.

It was clean with excellant customer service. I came here for 4 nights and had a great stay.

Not having a newspaper on Thanksgiving day or the following Saturday. I think if you used "known" newspapers, you would get a better response.

The King Study room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice large tv and the bathroom was clean and very nice. It is located within reasonable driving distances to some of the most beautiful areas on the northwestern California coast.

Although the room and hotel was very well kept and comfortable, you could hear and feel doors opening and closing up and down the hallway.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Arcata and had a fantastic experience! The location was perfect, nestled on the harbor and just a stone's throw away from the beach and shopping center. The room was incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed, from a cozy bed to a well-equipped bathroom. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day. Plus, the hotel offered amazing facilities, including a gym and a relaxing lounge area.

The only downside was that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

the hotel was beautiful in every aspect. every single employee was extremely kind, helpful, responsible, pleasant, efficient. the guy that worked behind the front desk early in the morning the day of our departure was sooooo extremely helpful and nice and worked several tasks so hard all at once, i was amazed. i cannot say enough about your staff and about how beautiful each room and facility is, and the food and selection was wonderful. i would recomment this hotel to everyone i can. i will be back. the bed was the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in in all my years of travel and i have traveled lots and am 66 yrs old. thank you
