Amazing clean rooms. Superb staff!

The King Study room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice large tv and the bathroom was clean and very nice. It is located within reasonable driving distances to some of the most beautiful areas on the northwestern California coast.

Although the room and hotel was very well kept and comfortable, you could hear and feel doors opening and closing up and down the hallway.

The breakfast was awesome with many options and all the food was outstanding. The staff were very attentive, nice location on the harbor. I tried quick meals at Mcdonald's, within 900 feet of the hotel.

The plentiful breakfast offered a good start to the day, and the pool area was pristine and relaxing. A few issues with room maintenance persisted, though nothing major detracted from our trip.

Not having a newspaper on Thanksgiving day or the following Saturday. I think if you used "known" newspapers, you would get a better response.

Very clean rooms with thoughtful amenities. Welcoming facility with helpful staff. There were several other hotels in the immediate vicinity and this one was by far the cleanest, and nicest one.

We faced significant delays at check-in that really tested our patience. After being informed our room wasn't ready, we waited well past the check-in time only to be misinformed multiple times about it. The overall service felt off, and the attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired. They seemed indifferent to our struggles during the process.

the hotel was beautiful in every aspect. every single employee was extremely kind, helpful, responsible, pleasant, efficient. the guy that worked behind the front desk early in the morning the day of our departure was sooooo extremely helpful and nice and worked several tasks so hard all at once, i was amazed. i cannot say enough about your staff and about how beautiful each room and facility is, and the food and selection was wonderful. i would recomment this hotel to everyone i can. i will be back. the bed was the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in in all my years of travel and i have traveled lots and am 66 yrs old. thank you

The breakfast was awesome with many options; the staff were outstandingly accommodating! Exceptionally comfortable bed in the queen room, plus central heating, TV set and ironing facilities.

Just a prime choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Arcata with excellent value. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Bring your own cleaning supplies just in case.

Decent room, Jacuzzi tub, clean environment

The staff seemed disinterested and responses to complaints were unsatisfactory. A stronger focus on guest communication would enhance the stay!!!

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options were a bit lacking.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

I enjoyed my stay with my family. The front desk team was cute and accommodated our needs promptly. Breakfast included a great variety, with fresh options that suited everyone. Be sure to try out Valley Azteca for dinner nearby. It's a gem! A few minor hiccups, but overall a good trip.

Stayed in a queen room for 2 nights, and everything was fantastic. The cleanliness and comfort really exceeded my expectations compared to my last stay in arcata. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options available, and the super nice team throughout our visit.

This hotel perfectly suits me with free internet, a fitness center, and a warm indoor pool. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost wallet during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a pleasant getaway!
